Minimum knowledge/skills required but not limited to:
Experience and/or formal training in processing legal descriptions/transferring deeds.
Candidate must be highly accurate, possess the ability to organize and prioritize work schedule and have exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required with ability to quickly learn other county software.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to read and speak fluent English.
