Administrative Coordinator
What you will do as a Marketing Administrative CoordinatorSystems, Processes, and Reporting Assist in the development and maintenance of project management, digital asset management, and other systems Provide data entry, training, reporting, and ensuring that repetitive processes are effectively handled Tracking the creation and final execution of marketing materials Supply feedback and initiate innovations to systems as needs and processes change Initiatives and Projects Coordinate assigned projects and initiatives ensuring planning and buy-in with effective execution and communication to all parties Cross-train on other focus areas to provide support and backup as needed Assist with pop-up requests and projects Administrative Duties Assist with traffic control for marketing requests and priorities Maintenance and upkeep of marketing areas Provide direct support to the Marketing Manager for requests and projects What you need to be successful Associate degree (A.A.) or 3
