Support project management by coordinating requests and follow-up, creating and maintaining timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and acting as a liaison for cross-functional projects. Create content for company intranet and company-wide communications. Provide administrative support across communications and HR Team for various activities like Team Forum and other meetings. Administer internal SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, photo/video requests and internal system interactions, communications templates, and a centralized calendar. Support updating content on external sites like Glassdoor and Indeed. What you need to be successful:
Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred in communications, public relations, marketing, or related. Prefer internship experience or two years of related experience. Resourceful with attention to detail. Highly organized and a forward-thinker. Strong team player and the ability to work independently. High capacity for learning and interest in growing in the role. Proficiency in Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proficiency in social media platforms. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
